FAQS
How I can place the order?
You may go online to our website www.kittensup4sales.com and reserve a kitten that you like. You are required to complete the form and agree to the terms. After that, you can use your credit card on our website to pay.
How can I pay for the rest?
If we ship for you, we send you an email invoice for the rest. You can use your credit card to pay for it online. The payment has to be completed no later than 2 days before shipping to you.
On the day of pick-up, you will be required to pay the remaining balance at our location. There will be 7% sales tax for in-location payments.
Why do I have to wait so long for my kitten?
We collaborate with European breeders. Every kitten has to receive at least 2 shots of PCH and rabies before it comes to the U.S. We bring kittens to the U.S. after they are 16 weeks old.
You can arrange for pick-up or shipping if your kitten is already 16 weeks old. After you have placed the order and paid the deposit, this typically takes between two and three weeks.
I want to see a kitten first and then pay a deposit.
Unfortunately, not all kittens can be kept at our Florida facility. We only bring them here with reservations. Before we bring the kittens to Florida, they have to receive 2 PCH plus a rabies vaccine. The minimum age for kittens is 16 weeks. You can inquire further about each kitten, including additional photographs and videos, images of their parents, and even information about their personality. Just send us an email request on the website or via email at info@kittensup4sales.com
How does shipping by cargo work?
Shipping by cargo costs $575 regardless of the location. In a carrier box, the Kitten takes off on her own. All types of cats can be shipped by cargo EXCEPT Scottish fold, Exotic shorthair, Persian, and Burmese.
We book a flight for your kitten a week before the delivery and send you flight details via email.
You must visit the cargo facility at your airport, present your identification, and provide the AWB number in order to pick up your kitten. If temperature is more than 85 or less than 22 degrees airlines don't accept live animals to fly. We will have to reschedule shipping to another day or deliver kitten another way.
What kind of food do we use for our kittens?
Different breeders feed their cats with different types brands of food.
We try to find the best and universal type of food but still carry plenty of variety because every single kitten prefers something special.
Royal Canin: Mother and Baby Cat is one of our favorite brands. Hills are also beneficial for kittens. We provide them with Applaws tuna fish or chicken filet as a treat. We recommend feeding cats with upset stomachs raw food (beef, chicken, or turkey). In terms of dry food, it is preferable to use grain free for kittens, such as Royal Canin, Purina, or Hills.
Mixing rice, oatmeal, or another type of porridge with canned food is yet another useful trick.
